The ideal candidate will possess solid knowledge of machinery maintenance, with particular emphasis on injection molding machines, and will be capable of performing machine setup, mold change, and preventive maintenance tasks. Responsibilities Perform machine setup, including injection molding machines. Execute mold changes efficiently and safely. Carry out preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment operation. Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical failures. Collaborate in general facility and equipment maintenance. Record all maintenance interventions performed. Requirements Proven experience in industrial maintenance positions. Specific knowledge of injection molding machine operation and maintenance. Demonstrated ability to perform machine setup and mold changes. Experience implementing preventive maintenance plans. Technical problem-solving skills. Availability to work different shifts if required. Proactive attitude and safety orientation.
