




Job Summary: Responsible for controlling the operational cycle, planning activities, coordinating teams, implementing improvements, managing supplies, and ensuring safety and quality in vehicle service and maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational cycle control and team activity planning. 2. Strategic collaboration with traffic, procurement, maintenance, and workshop departments. 3. Implementation of operational and strategic improvements. ● Ensure proper functioning of the operational cycle. ● Plan activities for the assigned team. ● Collaborate closely with the heads of traffic, procurement, maintenance, and workshop departments. ● Continuously propose operational and strategic improvements to achieve established objectives. ● Identify and record procurement needs for warehouse supplies. ● Monitor and supervise inventory levels of supplies. ● Verify compliance with good hygiene and safety practices. ● Ensure vehicle quality prior to service delivery. ● Guarantee implementation of the documented procedure for responding to road accidents, which clearly defines responsibilities and functions of involved personnel. ● Supervise and ensure safety during vehicle entry and exit, internal circulation, maintenance areas, and rest areas. ● Track and manage Vehicle Condition Reports; evaluate identified issues and follow up accordingly. ● Define and implement an effective scheduled maintenance program to ensure road safety. ● Define the type and scope of control to be exercised for corrective maintenance, through tests and inspections conducted after repairs or installations. ● Map out activities for the assigned personnel.
