Job Summary: A leading company in the graphic industry is seeking a Flexographic Printer Operator for operating and maintaining printing machines, ensuring process quality. Key Points: 1. Operation of flexographic printing machine up to 8 colors 2. Preparation, fine-tuning and parameter configuration of the machine 3. Control of process variables and print quality A prominent graphic industry company located in Barracas is looking for an experienced Flexographic Printer Operator to join its production team. Main Responsibilities: • Operation of flexographic printing machine up to 8 colors • Machine preparation and fine-tuning • Parameter configuration according to materials (temperature, tension, registration) • Control of process variables: ink density, viscosity and drying • Machine and area cleaning and maintenance • Quality control of the printing process Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of experience in flexographic printing • Experience handling solvent-based inks • Experience with flexible materials: BOPP, PET, PEBD and paper • Knowledge of mounting tapes, anilox rollers and photopolymers • Basic knowledge of flexographic machine mechanics • Basic PC skills • Experience with Uteco, WH, BOBST or Comexi machines will be valued Offer: • Employment relationship • Positive work environment • Training • Professional development
