Our vision has always been to create something more than smiles—lasting confidence for dentists, laboratories, patients, employees, partners, dental networks, and the global community. **Main Responsibilities:** * Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned region, implementing * strategies to acquire new customers and expand the company's presence. * Customer Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, providing support and customized * solutions to meet their needs. * Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve established revenue and * growth targets. * Education and Training: Train customers on the use and benefits of ClearCorrect products and services, * organizing clinical and commercial onboarding sessions for new customers. * Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities, * adjusting sales strategies based on findings. * Reporting and Follow-up: Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, market trends, and * competitor activities, with continuous monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs). **What You Need to Have or Know:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Health Sciences, or related field. * Desired specialization in Sales and/or Digital Marketing (not exclusive). * 3\-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the oral health or medical products sector.
