




Job Summary: Finning is seeking a Workshop Supervisor in San Juan, responsible for technical supervision, coordination and control of repairs, and team development within a Caterpillar machinery environment. Finning, a strategic partner of CATERPILLAR and leader in equipment distribution and services, is searching for top talent to fill the role of **Workshop Supervisor – San Juan Branch**. **Main Responsibilities:** Provide technical information required to prepare work quotations and validate technical reports generated by the team. Review and approve labor hours (HH) and workshop jobs, maintaining direct communication with the Planning department. Inspect, monitor, verify, and record repairs or workshop jobs performed. Provide instructions to assigned technicians executing the work, ensuring the quality of completed tasks. Coordinate with planners on additional and ongoing jobs, reporting job progress. Provide detailed list of tools required for the job. Inspect, monitor, verify, and record repairs or workshop jobs performed via iService. Maintain a folder containing: Work Request, Quotation, Technical Assessment, SIMS, Technical Report, TTA Budget, and report completion of repair work orders (WO). Identify training needs of the assigned team. **Requirements:** Completed secondary education. Mechanical/Electromechanical Technician. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. Experience leading work teams. Availability to work full-time. Proficiency in Excel, database management, and report generation.
