Responsibilities: **The Opportunity** This position establishes relationships with commercial leadership teams to define and execute strategic and tactical plans across each South Cone business unit, aligned with PepsiCo’s global standards and plans, in close collaboration with PepsiCo Architecture. Leads and executes the Global and Latin America digitalization agenda, aligning it with sectoral/local objectives. Develops and maintains strong relationships with commercial partners, collaborating on the development of strategies and technology solutions to meet SoCo business needs. **Your Impact** * Collaborate on the end-to-end commercial digital solutions agenda—from initiation through execution and business value delivery (strategy, SDD, AOP, business case, execution tracking, and delivery). * Establish relationships with business leadership/management to define strategic digital solutions addressing current and future business and process challenges. * Collaborate with the SoCo S\&T Leader to achieve the business transformation plan and realize value for the function or operating unit (OU). * Build strong collaboration with architects to analyze emerging technology trends, understand the company’s roadmap, and align solutions with current capabilities—anticipating future infrastructure requirements and solution growth. * Communicate solution recommendations to business partners aligned with business requirements. * Become familiar with all business solutions to identify potential decommissioning and replacement opportunities—aiming to maintain standardized solutions and minimize custom-built or adapted solutions. * Identify and scale critical capability gaps within areas of responsibility and work with relevant teams to design solutions that address them. * Provide consulting expertise in business process improvement, indicating how S\&T capabilities can support business needs. * Conceive value-driven solutions; stimulate, visualize, and shape business demand. * Manage the relationship between S\&T deployment and business functions, ensuring a single point of contact from deployment. * Orchestrate capability development to generate organizational value. * Serve as a strategic partner to the Project/Program/Portfolio Management Office (PMO) to ensure a healthy, well-managed initiative portfolio. * Manage ecosystems and deployment projects for Commercial and Enabling functions—including Sales, Trade, People, Legal, Corporate Affairs, Finance, among others. Qualifications: **Who We’re Looking For** * Education: IT Engineering (preferred), Business Administration, or related field. * Knowledge of: IT, Technology Services, Architecture, Processes, Project Management, ITIL, Agile framework. * Strong communication skills. * Proficiency in English. * Analytical skills. * Strategic thinking. * Results orientation. * Decision-making ability. * Disciplined execution. * Differentiated Skills: + Ability to engage effectively with S\&T teams and business leaders. + Ensure maximum business value from technology solutions. + Analyze and report functional technology capability gaps to design solutions that improve service levels. + Assess technology-related risks that may impact the business, ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate obligations.
