This role is responsible for managing the hotel’s internal and external communications, capturing sales opportunities, and coordinating/forwarding reservations for rooms, restaurant, bar, spa and room service—ensuring an exceptional guest experience from the very first contact. As the first and last impression of the hotel, this position plays a key role in the guest experience. It acts as the official voice of the hotel, ensuring seamless operation across all communication channels and adherence to Four Seasons standards. **Responsibilities:** * Answer and manage internal and external calls with professionalism and warmth. Maintain warm, professional, and personalized communication. * Manage messages, wake\-up calls and internal communications (using Teams, chat, email, etc). * Respond to emergency situations according to established protocols. * Capture sales and manage restaurant reservations. * Process Room Service orders with full knowledge of menus and beverages. Provide recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions. Identify up\-selling opportunities. * Provide accurate general hotel information regarding services and operating hours. * Support the Reservations team. * Coordinate Housekeeping requirements. * Provide accurate information regarding services and operating hours. * Assist Front Desk and Concierge with administrative tasks. **Requirements:** * Tertiary and/or university education relevant to the industry. * Prior experience in similar positions (PREFERRED). * Commercial skills (PREFERRED). * Excellent command of English, both spoken and written. * Availability to work rotating days and shifts. * Strong organizational skills, teamwork orientation, and positive attitude.
