Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Engineer to implement TPM and SPC principles, develop improvement programs, and optimize quality KPIs in industrial food processes. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in continuous quality improvement We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our team at the Chivilcoy Plant. What Are We Looking For? We target students and/or graduates in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields with experience in industrial food processing. Candidates with affinity for industrial equipment technology (electronics, mechatronics, robotics, automation) will be highly valued. What Is the Purpose of This Role? * Implement TPM principles in industrial processes (food product manufacturing and industrial service delivery), as well as statistical process control (SPC) tools. * Develop operational design evaluation and improvement programs as a permanent methodology for generating results. * Establish and enhance existing KPIs for proper monitoring of operations across quality variables.
