Job Summary: We are seeking an operations logistics leader to manage the supply chain, optimize inventory and costs, and lead teams toward continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the supply chain and optimize operations 2. Lead teams and projects with a Lean Management focus 3. Promote continuous improvement and efficiency MOTOMEL Reporting to the Logistics Operations Management, key responsibilities will include: Manage and ensure supply chain efficiency, identifying optimization opportunities from revenue forecasting through to final delivery. Manage inventory, supervise teams, size new operations, and lead projects, applying Lean Management concepts. Control costs in accordance with company policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring business needs and customer service quality are met. Coordinate and organize the team of logistics engineers under your supervision, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency. We seek suitable candidates or professionals holding degrees in Engineering or Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields, with at least 3 years of experience in similar roles. Experience with WMS, TMS, Power BI, etc., is desirable. Candidates with experience in logistics operators and/or automotive sectors, and with strong flexibility, adaptability, communication, and leadership skills, will be prioritized.
