Here’s what you need to know about this position: **Location** : Remote, LATAM **Engagement** **Type** : Fractional (3\-month project) **The Work** (What you’ll be doing \& Your Impact) * Build, maintain, and scale reusable UI components that support a large\-scale digital platform used by millions of users worldwide. * Partner closely with engineers, designers, and cross\-functional stakeholders to translate Figma designs into production\-ready components and patterns. * Help evolve and expand an enterprise design system, improving consistency, accessibility, scalability, and developer experience across multiple products and teams. * Contribute to shared frontend infrastructure by building component libraries and UI foundations that accelerate product development. * Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions while maintaining a high bar for engineering quality. * Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and product teams in a fast\-moving environment while contributing to shared engineering goals and priorities. **Needed Expertise** (What you need to succeed in the role) * 5\+ years of experience building modern web applications with React. * Strong experience building, maintaining, or contributing to design systems, component libraries, or shared UI platforms. * Experience translating Figma designs into scalable, production\-ready React components. * Deep understanding of component\-driven architecture, frontend scalability, and reusable UI patterns. * Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver at a fast pace. * Strong collaboration and communication skills when working with engineers, designers, and cross\-functional teams. * Experience participating in code reviews and maintaining high engineering standards. **Our Benefits \& Perks** * We pay in USD through our platform that allows you to convert, allocate and disburse your salary as you want and into almost any currency that you choose * Paid time off based on your engagement * Medical, safety, and wellness benefits * Business English language classes * Access to learning platforms and professional development resources * Birthday day off …and more perks being added each quarter Interested?
