Your primary responsibility will involve leading the UX strategy and execution for the Generative AI Platform, ensuring a simple, intuitive, and scalable user experience. Here you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to global technological progress while at the same time advancing your own skills, and career. ***This is you*** * **5\+ years** of experience in **UX Design**, with experience as a **UX Lead** or **Senior UX Designer**. * Proven experience designing complex digital platforms and enterprise **(B2E)** products. * Strong expertise in **user\-centered design methodologies** and **Design Thinking.** * Experience creating wireframes, **user flows**, **interactive prototypes**, and **high\-fidelity** mockups. * Ability to translate business and user requirements into intuitive user experiences. * Experience defining **UX standards**, **interaction patterns**, and reusable design components. * Knowledge of **design systems** and **scalable UX governance**. * Hands\-on experience conducting **usability testing**, **user research**, and **concept validation**. * Experience analyzing user feedback, usage metrics, and satisfaction data to drive product improvements. * Proficiency with **UX design** and **prototyping tools** (**e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar**). * Strong collaboration skills working with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Strategic mindset combined with hands\-on execution capabilities. Nice\-to\-have skills: * Experience designing AI\-powered products, data platforms, developer tools, or technical platforms is highly desirable. * Familiarity with Generative AI products and user experience considerations is a plus. ***This is your role*** * Lead the UX strategy and execution for the Generative AI Platform, ensuring a simple, intuitive, and scalable user experience. * Partner closely with Product Managers, Platform teams, and GenAI Office stakeholders to translate business needs into effective user experiences. * Design user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows that support users with both technical and non\-technical backgrounds. * Define UX requirements and acceptance criteria for engineering teams. * Establish and maintain UX standards, interaction patterns, and reusable design components across the platform. * Contribute to the creation and evolution of a design system for internal GenAI products. * Conduct user research, usability testing, and rapid concept validation to improve product usability and adoption. * Analyze user feedback from pilot programs, Communities of Practice (CoP), and platform usage metrics to identify improvement opportunities. * Validate new features before large\-scale rollout through iterative testing and user feedback. * Drive continuous improvements in usability, accessibility, adoption, and user satisfaction. * Collaborate cross\-functionally with Product, Engineering, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle. * Support the evolution of the GenAI Platform from pilot initiatives to a strategic enterprise product while maintaining a consistent and high\-quality user experience. *At Avenga, everyone matters.
