We accelerate performance through RFID-enabled inventory and loss prevention solutions, price management, global compliance, and brand security solutions. **Job Description** * Generate and send purchase orders to intercompany suppliers. * Coordinate and track international purchase orders until arrival at plant, maintaining fluent communication with customs brokers, freight forwarders and carriers. * Control all documentation required for importation in compliance with Foreign Trade regulations, SOX and Trade Compliance requirements. * Review invoices related to import/export operations (customs broker, transportation, bonds, etc.). * Generate various monthly management reports (customs advance payments, costs, supplier service measurement, in-transit goods report) and keep the Foreign Trade system (Infobroker) up to date. * Conduct internal audits. * Comply with procedures related to the AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) program. * Contribute to the optimization of international freight costs. * Keep the Commercial Department informed of potential supply risks to the market. * Provide support to the Planning Department. **Requirements** Applicants must have 3 years of proven experience in similar positions. Advanced student or graduate in Foreign Trade or Business Administration. English level: Advanced (fluent oral and written). Excel or Google Sheets level: Advanced. Basic-to-intermediate Portuguese is considered an advantage.
