**Job Search | Supplier Payment Analyst (with focus on Foreign Trade)** We are looking for a **Supplier Payment Analyst** to join a company located in **Villa Martelli**. **Main Responsibilities** * Invoice, purchase order and delivery note control and validation. * Scheduling and execution of **local payments and international payments**. * Recording transactions in the management system, ensuring traceability. * Reconciliation of accounts payable and resolution of discrepancies (credit notes/debit notes). * Application of tax withholdings and collections (VAT, Income Tax, Gross Income Tax, SUSS, among others). * Monitoring of due dates and support in preparing the **cash flow**. * **Support in Foreign Trade operations**, including: * Tracking of international payments. * Control of documentation related to imports/exports. * Interaction with banks and internal departments to ensure foreign exchange compliance. * Clear communication with local and international suppliers, and with internal departments (Procurement, Accounting and Tax). **Requirements** * Student of Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related fields. * **2 to 3 years** of experience in similar positions or administrative roles involving payments. * Proficiency in management systems (no specific system required). * **Knowledge of Foreign Trade payment processes and regulations (desirable)**. * Proactive and organized profile. **Conditions** * Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. * Hybrid work model **4x1** (after the first 2 months). * Work location: Villa Martelli.
