Job Summary: We are seeking a procurement analyst to manage the entire procurement cycle, coordinate quotations, and establish collaborative relationships, thereby driving operational efficiency. Establishes internal collaborative relationships **Join our team!** We are a business group operating in the Health sector, leading over 10 business units including high-complexity clinics, pharmacies, prosthetics manufacturing plants, and external consulting offices distributed across CABA and the Province of Buenos Aires. We are currently seeking a **procurement analyst**. **Responsibilities:** * Manage the entire procurement cycle * Coordinate and execute quotation processes * Establish collaborative relationships with internal users according to needs * Monitor and control compliance with procurement policies and procedures * Collaborate in preparing management reports and performance indicators * Make decisions regarding supply, costs, and operational efficiency * Analyze consumption patterns and price trends to anticipate needs and identify cost-saving opportunities * Supervise compliance with internal procedures * Promote framework agreements or strategic supply contracts. **Requirements:** * University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, International Trade, Pharmacy, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in procurement, preferably within medium- to large-scale organizations. * Prior experience in the health sector * Proficiency in management tools: ERP systems (e.g., Energy or similar), electronic quotation platforms (e.g., Bionexo or others), advanced Excel. * Strong negotiation skills, technical\-economic analysis capabilities, and comparative supplier evaluation. \- Mandatory * Ability to coordinate complex processes, generate reports, and propose improvements.
