Noatum serves shipowners and vessel operators, as well as exporters and importers, and operates in 26 countries with a strong presence in North America, South America, Europe, North Africa, the Arabian Gulf, and Asia. We are currently seeking to hire a Sales Support professional for our Logistics Division in Argentina. Responsibilities: * Identify potential customers using statistical tools or other means * Manage meetings with potential customers * Implement and manage new customer requirements * Support preparation of reports for commercial executives to management (e.g., market share percentage, key routes, quotations generated via system) * Responsible for managing quotations for special cargo and MOE to customers, agents, and Noatum Worldwide offices; obtain costs from suppliers and/or pricing according to requirements from Commercial Executives (BDM) * Prepare quotations based on criteria established by Commercial Executives (SDM) * Send instructions to Operations via system * Activate purchase orders jointly with the Operations team or Noatum origin offices * Track outcomes of commercial visits and other KPIs defined by the company * Maintain updated customer database in the system—including quotations, cost and selling rates, local expenses, and status of approved, rejected, or cancelled quotations * Provide support to the company’s MOE customers by addressing tariff-related needs, market information, and service requests, thereby supporting the commercial area * Support MOE & Project tender processes ### **Minimum Requirements** * Technical or Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Administration, or related fields * Knowledge of Administration, Logistics, Pricing, and/or Import/Export and/or Commercial & Sales * Basic or Intermediate level of English * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office * 3 years of experience in similar roles within freight forwarding agencies.
