




Job Summary: BDO Argentina is seeking a professional with experience in payroll processing to join its BSO Payroll team, performing payroll control and review, validation of calculations, and client support. A professional with at least 2 years of experience in payroll processing. Student or graduate in Labor Relations, Human Resources, or Public Accounting. **Typical Responsibilities:** Control and review of monthly, biweekly, and final payroll settlements. Validation of remuneration calculations, allowances, overtime hours, leaves, and deductions. Review of social security contributions and generation of sworn statements (Form F.931\). Control of Fourth Category Income Tax. Verification of compliance with collective bargaining agreements and current labor regulations. Analysis of discrepancies and identification of deviations in payroll settlements. Preparation of audit reports and follow-up on observations. Requirements Knowledge of Argentine labor legislation. Proficiency in social security filings (ARCA – Form F.931 and Digital Payroll Book). Advanced knowledge of Fourth Category Income Tax. Familiarity with collective bargaining agreements and remunerative/non-remunerative concepts. Experience in reviewing and reconciling taxable bases and contributions/social security payments. Knowledge of monthly and final payroll processing procedures. Analytical ability to identify inconsistencies and propose process improvements. Proficiency in Excel and Visma.
