Delivery Hero has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2017 and is part of the MDAX stock index. **Job Description*** Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate and optimize the data architecture for Partners Comms Strategy, transforming complex metrics into clear analyses and dashboards that provide visibility into the performance and evolution of our initiatives. * Audience Optimization: Ensure consistency in audience segmentation for our communications through automated solutions, identifying overlaps and guaranteeing a frictionless user experience. * Intelligent Monitoring: Design and implement alerts and automated controls to monitor audience health, suggesting proactive targeting adjustments based on data. * Strategic Project Leadership: Drive key initiatives related to contactability, communication health, and Smart Channel Selection, ensuring consistency across every touchpoint. * Business Impact Analysis: Measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and their direct correlation with the company’s growth objectives. **Requirements*** Education: Graduates in Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or Business Analytics disciplines. * Experience: Minimum 2 years leading business strategy, data analysis, or similar analytical roles. * Technology Stack: + Advanced SQL / BigQuery proficiency (mandatory). + Proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Data Studio). + Advanced Excel expertise (Power Pivot, data modeling, and complex formulas). * Languages: Intermediate-to-advanced English (ability to interact effectively in international environments). * Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to extract insights from data and communicate them clearly. * Creative Problem Solving: Persistence and discipline to develop innovative solutions in collaborative environments. * Business Acumen: Ability to prioritize objectives, build business cases, and structure robust implementation plans. **Additional Information** Talent diversity strengthens our Cooltura and our organization.
