We are currently seeking to hire an Operations Analyst for our office in Peru: Main Responsibilities: * Monitor the daily operational performance across the entire logistics chain according to the contracted service. * Track service orders issued by customers and generate corresponding cost settlements / invoicing; this also involves entering costs into our information systems. * Record and maintain up-to-date operational information in our systems to monitor delivery compliance and overall service performance. * Ensure timely submission of shipping documents to export and import coordinators for customs declaration transmission and avoid penalties related to such submissions. * Perform field duties, including supervision at ports and warehouses. * Interact professionally with customers. * Deliver services in accordance with specific functions agreed upon between the customer and the Company. * Report new business opportunities to the Operations Management team.
