Professional Profile: * Students in their 2nd to 3rd year of the International Trade undergraduate program * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00–14:00, hybrid * Intermediate English * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite: Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Responsibilities: * Handle customer inquiries at reception; review invoices and payment receipts * Process requirements from both external and internal customers * Ensure documentary, regulatory, and quality compliance for customers’ and the company’s international trade processes, adhering to agreed-upon L4 and L5 standards * Review and deliver documents * Collaborate across all departments to ensure efficient and effective operational workflow * Enter events and documents into systems * Prepare and break down manifests We Offer: * Development Programs and Training Plans * Wellness Culture * Comprehensive Benefits Package
