We are looking for a **Mobile Lead Architect (Native Android)** to join the Technology Management team within the Alarms business unit, focusing on the technical evolution of the Smart platform serving over 1 million customers across 8 countries. #### **Primary Role Objective:** You will be responsible for leading the architecture, technical definition, and technological evolution of our native Android applications, serving as the global technical reference for this discipline. We seek a strategic profile with strong technical seniority, capable of designing scalable systems, ensuring high quality standards, and guiding the team in adopting industry best practices. This is a high regional impact role involving technical leadership, participation in key decisions, and international exposure. #### **Your Key Challenges Will Include:** * Designing and evolving robust architectures based on **Clean Architecture**, **MVVM or MVI**. * Leading implementation of new features using **Jetpack Compose** and Android Jetpack components. * Defining and maintaining technical standards through high-level code reviews. * Designing testing strategies (unit, UI, and integration tests) to ensure quality and maintainability. * Optimizing application performance (memory usage, battery consumption, response times). * Collaborating with backend teams to define efficient API contracts (REST / gRPC). * Configuring and evolving CI/CD pipelines and distribution processes. * Participating in proof-of-concept initiatives and evaluating emerging technologies. * Mentoring junior and semi-senior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence. * Collaborating with international teams in a mature agile environment. #### **Required Skills and Qualifications:** * +5 years of experience in native Android development. * Advanced proficiency in Kotlin (coroutines, flows, functional programming). * In-depth experience with Jetpack Compose and advanced state management. * Experience with scalable architectures (Clean Architecture, MVVM, MVI). * Experience with dependency injection (Hilt or Dagger 2). * Networking using Retrofit, OkHttp, and serialization (Kotlinx Serialization or Moshi). * Persistence using Room or SQLDelight. * Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Bitrise or Jenkins). * Experience with app distribution (Firebase App Distribution / Play Console). * Implementation of design systems based on Material Design 3. * Intermediate/advanced English. **Employment Modality:** Hybrid model, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs. *We offer you the opportunity to join a company that develops programs to empower and attract talent; we work daily to deliver innovative security market solutions, collaborating with international teams and cloud technologies.* *Additionally, you’ll enjoy significant benefits: family health insurance, time-off days, discounts at universities and language centers, Gympass, discounts on top electronics and consumer brands, travel benefits, and more.* *We want you to be part of Prosegur.
