Join us! **What will you do?** * Coordinate automotive electrical harness development, ensuring technical execution of the project. * Plan and lead project development (automotive electrical harnesses). * Develop prototypes for vehicle technical validation. * Specify and select components. * Prepare and ensure accuracy of the BOM (Bill of Materials). * Prepare, submit, and approve DCN (Design Change Notice), BCN (BOM Change Notice), and DFM (Design for Manufacturing). * Submit PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation. * Request IMDS (International Material Data System) approval. * Prepare engineering technical documentation (DCN – Design Change Notice, Sign\-Off, PPI – Package Part Identification). * Provide customer assistance and support to manufacturing, quality, logistics, control, and process validation teams. * Promote cost and technology optimization (CTO). * Coordinate the Tear Down process. **What does Lear expect from you?** * Preferred experience and specialized knowledge in automotive electrical harness projects. * Technical knowledge: proficiency in mechanical, electrical, software engineering, or related fields. * Design and modeling tools: ability to use computer-aided design (CAD) software and 3D modeling tools to create and analyze electrical harness projects. * Manufacturing processes: knowledge of electrical harness manufacturing processes. * Project management knowledge: competence in planning, coordinating, and leading projects. * FMEA analysis: ability to conduct Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate risks in electrical harness development. * Prior experience in project management and team leadership. * Knowledge of automotive standards and development processes (APQP, gateways, etc.). * Prior experience with Ford OEM customers is a plus. **Lear For You** ---------------- We work hard for the people who work for us.
