At Grupo Santa Barbara we are looking for a systems analyst focused on infrastructure tasks for our site located in Villa Soldati ***Tasks:*** * Resolve incidents and requests escalated from Helpdesk. * Assist with operating systems (Windows, Linux). * Configuration and troubleshooting of corporate software (Office 365, email, business applications). * Basic administration of physical and virtual servers (Windows Server, Linux, VMware, Hyper\-V). * Creation, monitoring, and maintenance of VMs. * Apply updates, patches, and backups. * Support and monitoring of switches, routers, firewalls, and WiFi. * Configuration of VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and VPNs (client and site\-to\-site). * Diagnosis of LAN/WAN network incidents. * Basic administration of Microsoft 365 (users, licenses, permissions, groups). * Assistance in email, storage, and cloud environment migrations. * Control of security policies (antivirus, patches, access). * Monitoring of firewall alerts. * Record incidents and solutions in ticketing system. Requirements: * Experience in technical support and infrastructure. * Knowledge in: * Operating systems: Windows and Linux. * TCP/IP networks, DHCP, DNS, VPNs. * Active Directory and Windows Server administration. * Virtualization (desirable VMware, Hyper\-V, Proxmox). * Assembly, configuration, and support of network equipment. * Data backup and recovery processes.
