




At **Grupo Hasar** we are looking to incorporate a **Technical Support Analyst** to join our **Support** team We are seeking professionals with strong communication skills, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities. We are particularly interested in candidates who have graduated from programs in Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. **Responsibilities:** * Handle and log incidents reported by clients. * Analyze behaviors and errors using technical logs and metrics. * Interact with clients and internal teams such as development, quality assurance, and operations to resolve cases. * Propose product improvements based on recurring incidents or user feedback. * Document solutions, deviations, and corrective actions. **Requirements** * Experience in technical application support within Linux and Windows environments (mandatory). * Solid knowledge of Docker, SQL databases, distributed architectures based on RabbitMQ, and REST APIs (mandatory). * Ability to analyze logs, traces, and perform end-to-end error tracking (mandatory). * Basic scripting knowledge (Bash, PowerShell) for automation or diagnostics. * Experience supporting integrators or external technical channels. * Experience with electronic invoicing, integration systems with AFIP, and electronic payment systems (desirable). * Experience in middleware support, point-of-sale systems, or similar solutions (desirable). * Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Elastic Stack (desirable). * Proficiency with version control systems (Git) for reviewing configurations or deployments (desirable). **Work Mode:** Hybrid **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 **Work Location**: Zona Norte, Ricardo Rojas ***Join our team and grow your career!***
