We seek advanced students or graduates in Systems, Computer Science, or related fields, eager to develop professionally, with a proactive attitude and a strong service orientation. Main Responsibilities: Provide technical support to users (on-site and remote). Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents. Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment. Ensure proper functioning of IT services. Assist with network-related tasks and basic server administration. Requirements: Requirements: Technical diploma or university student in Systems / Computer Science (preferred). Proven experience in PC and laptop repair (mandatory). Solid knowledge of Windows 7, 10, and 11 (mandatory). Knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, firewalls, and Windows Server (desirable). Basic or intermediate English level (technical reading).
