




Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring IT infrastructure alerts, coordinating, notifying, and escalating incidents, and logging executions and incidents. Key Highlights: 1. Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions Role Description: Monitoring Agent \- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Responsible for tracking environment alerts; in case of incidents, handles coordination, notifications, tracking, and escalation according to a predefined matrix. Responsibilities: Monitor IT infrastructure and respond to various events arising from monitoring (alarm triggers, activations, deactivations, power outages, etc.) Log executions and incidents in designated tools. Track alerts and escalate within the required timeframes. Skills: Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills Decision-making ability, capacity to quickly and accurately identify critical issues, and implement corrective actions. Ability to work under pressure, e.g., during emergency situations Competent computer skills, including proficiency with monitoring tools. Responsible, collaborative, and proactive individual Experience: 1 year of experience in monitoring, help desk, technical support, or on-site support. -
