We’re building a modern, phone\-first sales engine focused on data\-driven outreach, enablement, and a strong partner experience. **Position Overview** The Inside Territory Manager (ITM) plays a key role in Carbon’s partner engagement and revenue strategy, focusing on outbound prospecting, partner reactivation, eCommerce onboarding, and supporting Territory Managers. This role is ideal for candidates early in their sales career who want to grow in a fast\-moving, collaborative environment. **Applicants must have advanced English proficiency (B2\+ or C1\), and able to work U.S. business hours.** **Key Responsibilities** Partner Engagement \& Reactivation * Execute outbound call campaigns to re\-engage dormant MSP partners. * Conduct discovery conversations to identify needs and opportunities. * Support inbound inquiries with accuracy and professionalism. eCommerce Onboarding \& Enablement * Assist partners with account setup, platform navigation, and first\-order guidance. * Share product updates, promotions, and best practices. Sales Support \& Collaboration * Coordinate with Territory Managers and Sr. AEs on outreach and follow\-up. * Support trade show lead conversion and ongoing sales cycles. * Maintain clean, accurate CRM data. Pipeline Development \& Reporting * Build and manage a pipeline of engaged partners. * Track outreach metrics and conversion activity. * Participate in weekly and monthly performance reviews. **Qualifications** Experience \& Skills * 1–5 years in sales or business development (technology experience preferred: hardware, MSP, SaaS). * Strong communication skills; confident speaking with business owners/executives via phone and video. * Familiarity with CRM systems (Nutshell, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). * Understanding of computer hardware and/or IT support a plus. * Technical certifications helpful but not required.
