This role focuses on defining standards, driving integration, and optimizing performance while ensuring alignment with security, compliance, and architectural best practices across diverse systems. **Responsibilities** * Lead integration efforts across user experience, collaboration platforms, data center/cloud architecture, directory services, and Office 365 environments * Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams to establish and refine standards, patterns, and best practices * Define directions for public cloud platforms, directory services, server platforms, network and storage systems, and security technologies * Promote shared tools and systems to enhance efficiency and reduce costs * Review solutions for alignment with IT and business strategies and ensure non\-duplication of existing capabilities * Act as an escalation point for addressing infrastructure issues and providing detailed root\-cause analysis * Design and plan lifecycle strategies for infrastructure components, including servers, storage, and networks * Create a long\-term infrastructure vision, assessing current capabilities and future needs * Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and licensing during installations and upgrades * Contribute to disaster recovery and high availability planning for critical systems * Implement best practices to drive scalable, secure infrastructure design **Requirements** * 9\+ years of IT infrastructure experience, including at least 2\+ years in an architect role * Expertise in Windows Server, enterprise networking, and virtualization technologies * Proficiency in public cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, as well as Office 365 environments and Active Directory/Entra ID * Background in SQL Server, enterprise SAN storage, and collaboration platforms * Cloud architecture certification in Azure or AWS * Strong knowledge of enterprise application infrastructure and principles of scalable architecture design * Experience in presenting solutions to stakeholders, including C\-level executives * Leadership experience in overseeing complex infrastructure projects and teams * Proven ability to support infrastructure planning for mergers and acquisitions * Analytical mindset with an interest in emerging technologies and trends * Capability to negotiate and influence stakeholders effectively * Advanced proficiency in English (B2\+/C1\)
