Your primary role will be to serve as the first point of contact for users of our lottery gaming bet capture systems, as well as to support other business verticals within GRUPO BOLDT, providing efficient and effective assistance and resolving inquiries. Your work will be essential to ensuring satisfaction among both system users and end customers; therefore, we seek a proactive individual with outstanding communication skills and strong teamwork capabilities. Main Responsibilities: Your main responsibilities will include receiving and managing complaints entering the Help Desk Central (MDA-Central) through various service channels, providing support to Gaming Agencies from different Lotteries as well as to customers from other Grupo Boldt Business Units and customers of other company products.
