Job Summary: We are seeking a Solids Control Equipment Operator to operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance while ensuring compliance with operating procedures and HSE standards. We are currently searching for a candidate for the position of **Solids Control Equipment Operator.** **Challenges:** ------------- * Operate and monitor solids control equipment during drilling operations. * Conduct daily inspections, basic preventive maintenance, and equipment cleaning. * Optimize the performance of shakers, centrifuges, mud cleaners, desanders, and desilters to maximize drilling fluid recovery. * Monitor operational parameters and report abnormal conditions or deviations. * Collaborate with the drilling and fluids teams to maintain circulation system efficiency. * Ensure compliance with operating procedures and HSE standards. * Complete daily operation reports and client-required documentation. * Participate in safety analyses, operational meetings, and continuous improvement programs. * Maintain order and cleanliness of equipment and work areas. * Assist in the assembly, disassembly, and mobilization of solids control equipment when required. **Requirements:** --------------- * Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Solids Control operations. * Experience working on drilling rigs is preferred. * Knowledge of solids control equipment: shale shakers, centrifuges, mud cleaners, desanders, and desilters. * Understanding of drilling fluids and mechanical separation processes. * Commitment to safety and teamwork. * Ability to work in dynamic environments under strict operating procedures. * Intermediate proficiency with computer tools for report submission. * Intermediate English language skills. **Considerations to Keep in Mind:** * 14x7 schedule * Work shifts: 12 hours * Location: Neuquén, with overnight stays at the field site * This position is conducted at remote locations and is 100% on-site * Requires physical or manual tasks and data handling If you require any reasonable accommodation to fulfill this position, please clearly indicate it in your application.
