Through a structured training and development experience, participants receive educational content designed to help them navigate the organization, develop key technical and interpersonal skills, and gain a deeper understanding of the **JPMorganChase** culture. They will also gain exposure to the firm's culture, values, and organizational structure while building a strong professional network. In Argentina, DTF Opportunities are open to students from all universities in Buenos Aires. Take in consideration that participants are hired for an initial **6\-month** period, with the possibility of extension up to **12 months** based on participant performance, feedback, and business needs.
