Here you can lean in and speak up and bring your own flavor. **More about this position:** * We are looking for a student with an analytical profile, eager to learn and proactive, to support the Customer Service area in Southern Cone. The responsibilities of this role include, among others: * Responsible for creating Replacement Suggestions for Customers (Customer Manage Inventory). * Responsible for creating and updating Product and Customer Masters within the area (Vendor Manage Inventory/Customer Manage Inventory). * Support in the migration of Sourcing data. * Support in the creation, control, and monitoring of key performance indicators for the Customer Service areas. * Support in gathering information and tracking project progress. * Support in building Reports and Dashboards for managing Customer Service operations. **Education:** * University students majoring in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields, with at least 18 months remaining until graduation. **Position Requirements:** * Advanced level in Excel * Intermediate level in English * Power BI (desirable) **Working Hours:** * 20 hours per week from 9 AM to 1 PM * Hybrid work arrangement No relocation support available Business Unit Summary Mondelēz Southern Cone represents Mondelez International operations in Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay.
