Their services include executive search, technical recruiting, and embedded recruiting solutions for growing businesses. **About the Role** We are seeking a proactive and results\-driven B**usiness Development Representative (BDR) based in Buenos Aires, Argentina to support outbound lead generation efforts for a growing recruiting agency.** This role is **primarily focused on LinkedIn and email outreach**. You will be responsible for **identifying potential clients, engaging decision\-makers, and generating qualified meetings** for the leadership team. This is a part\-time position starting at 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow into a full\-time role based on performance and business needs. **Key Responsibilities** * **Research and identify companies** with potential hiring or recruiting needs * **Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigato**r and other research tools * Execute **personalized outreach campaigns through LinkedIn** and email * **Engage founders, executives, HR leaders, and hiring managers** * **Generate qualified meetings** and business opportunities * Maintain consistent **follow\-up with prospects** * **Track outreach activity** and pipeline updates within CRM systems * Collaborate with leadership to **improve outreach messaging and targeting strategies** **Requirements** * **2\+ years of experience** in outbound sales, lead generation, BDR, or SDR roles * Experience with **LinkedIn outreach and cold email prospecting** * **Strong English communication skills (B2 minimum. Non\-negotiable.
