Job Mission: Design, validate, and implement primary and secondary television packaging, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality requirements while optimizing costs, logistical efficiency, and sustainability; develop technical specifications and documentation, coordinate with suppliers, and support proper on-site implementation—including assistance during initial production runs and training for relevant departments. Job Responsibilities: Design and develop primary and secondary television packaging, considering materials, manufacturing processes, and regulatory requirements. Prepare and update technical specifications, drawings, 3D models, bills of materials, and associated documentation. Plan, execute, and document validation tests. Analyze test results to define improvements and corrective actions. Conduct cost, logistical efficiency, and sustainability assessments of packaging. Coordinate with suppliers on material, component, and packaging prototype development. Ensure correct on-site implementation of designed packaging and support Production during initial production runs. Contribute to continuous improvement and process standardization projects. Train internal departments (Logistics, Production, Assembly) on proper packaging handling and usage. Visit suppliers to approve first samples at the machine. Occasionally travel to the Tierra del Fuego factory for packaging validation. Requirements: Graduate or advanced student in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Rhino, SolidWorks, or similar). Prior experience (3+ years) in packaging design, preferably for electronic or home appliance products. Knowledge of ISTA, ASTM, or equivalent packaging testing standards. Experience interacting with suppliers and developing materials. Experience in technical and graphical drawing, manual design, labeling, and specifications. Work Mode: Hybrid. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., with corresponding departure times between 4:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. depending on start time. Workplace: CABA.
