You’ll be editing short\-form content for social media, founder content, interviews, product demos, screen recordings, and educational videos. We move fast, so we’re looking for someone who can keep up without sacrificing quality. **Responsibilities** * Edit short\-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts. * Turn screen recordings into engaging, easy\-to\-follow content. * Edit interview clips into compelling social\-first videos. * Create strong hooks, pacing, captions, motion graphics, and visual storytelling. * Deliver polished edits quickly while incorporating feedback. **Requirements** * **100% bilingual (English and Spanish).** * **Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (required).** * Strong understanding of short\-form social media content. * Excellent instincts for hooks, pacing, and retention. * Comfortable editing screen recordings and interview\-based content. * Fast communicator who responds quickly and takes creative direction well. * Organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines consistently. **Nice to Have** * Experience with After Effects. * Motion graphics and animation skills. * Experience working with startups or content creators. **How to Apply** Please include: * Your portfolio or **demo reel** (required). * A few examples of social content you’ve edited. * Your availability.
