We are looking to expand our team with a Project Director T&D (substations and high-voltage lines) to join our team in Seville. Dare to take the leap—we're waiting for you! What will you do? Your main responsibilities will be: · Plan, manage, coordinate, and implement specific T&D engineering projects (Substations/HV Lines and BESS) · Lead project planning and control · Liaise with suppliers · Report on the technical and economic status of projects · Prepare bids and proposals · Supervise staff · Report to Project Management · Availability to travel as required by project needs. What are we looking for? Requirements: · Degree in Electrical Industrial Engineering. · At least 7 years of general experience in engineering project execution. · Advanced level of English (C1) · Experience working with SAP · Technical problem-solving skills · Organizational skills · Good interpersonal skills · Ability to analyze alternatives and make decisions · Proficiency and knowledge of the technical areas involved in a project · Ability to motivate, lead, develop, and direct people and multidisciplinary teams in a cooperative environment · Planning and foresight skills to analyze situations and technical resource requirements · Effective oral and written communication · Conflict management and reconciliation skills Valued skills: · Knowledge and/or experience with electrical design software, EPLAN or BIM.
