If you share our purpose, then you're ready for your next destination! **The Marketing Team** You will join the Marketing team, an experienced and professional group working to position the Cabify brand with leadership, attitude, and passion. This role reports directly to the Brand Manager of the team. **Role Mission** How will you help us achieve our mission? * Based on market business objectives, execute the CRM strategy that will ensure these objectives are met. You will collaborate with business teams (Marketing and Growth) to define the strategy and jointly establish impact estimates that help reach goals. * Ensure the CRM strategy is aligned with full\-funnel objectives, guaranteeing coordination across awareness, acquisition, and engagement channels. Our brand's value proposition must effectively and personally reach our user segments, regardless of their lifecycle stage. * You will be responsible for analyzing the results of the local CRM strategy, which includes two types of actions: * Global communications, where you will monitor metrics to identify improvement opportunities in the flows. * Local communications, which complement the flow and automation strategy, ensuring the CRM strategy meets all its needs. It will be your responsibility to plan the communication strategy and implement it within the tool. * You will oversee quality control, execution, and delivery of campaigns and projects for which you are responsible. For this execution, proficiency with CRM tools (our internal tool is Braze; experience with it is ideal) and experience with multichannel campaigns (email, push notifications, in\-app, WhatsApp, etc.) are essential. * After analyzing flow and communication results, you will identify areas of opportunity, propose improvements, and suggest tests to implement. The teams you will work most closely with are local Growth and B2B teams, as well as the Global CRM team (strategy and communications) and Global Content team (copy, visuals, production, etc.). * Given the global and local structure, you will also communicate and coordinate with other local CRM leads. These conversations will ensure learnings flow from one market to another. You will be responsible for identifying improvements in processes (analytical and technological). * You will identify local needs through active participation in monthly rider, driver, and B2B meetings, enabling strategies that support the achievement of business objectives.
