Job Summary: We are seeking a Generative AI SSR/Advanced Software Engineer to design and implement Generative AI solutions that directly impact business efficiency in the Fintech sector. Integration of security, performance, and observability into Cloud infrastructure We are looking for a **GEN AI Engineer** SSR / SSR Advanced based in **Córdoba or Buenos Aires**, to join a **Fintech project!** The specialist joining this technical team must act as the guarantor for the **design and implementation of Generative Artificial Intelligence solutions**, with direct impact on business efficiency. We seek a candidate capable of structuring and deploying robust, scalable, and secure components, ensuring compliance with the organization’s architectural requirements. The role requires creating and optimizing language models and AI pipelines, natively integrating best practices in security, performance, input sanitization, and observability to guarantee operational continuity and efficiency on Cloud infrastructure. ##### **TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:** Mandatory: * **LLMs & GenAI:** Solid experience integrating and consuming state-of-the-art language models (OpenAI GPT, Gemini, Claude). * **RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation):** Advanced implementation of vector-based search systems (FAISS, ChromaDB, Azure AI Search or similar). * **Core Python Development:** Advanced proficiency in Python and key AI ecosystem frameworks (**LangChain, LangGraph, FastAPI**). * **Databases and Storage:** Experience with SQL, NoSQL, vector databases, and cloud storage (S3, Blob Storage). * **Cloud & DevOps:** Experience deploying solutions on **AWS and/or Azure**, container management (**Docker, Kubernetes**), CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation (**Terraform**). * **Agent Frameworks:** Development and integration with autonomous agent architectures for process automation. * **Prompt Engineering & Embeddings:** Advanced techniques in prompt optimization, embedding handling, and context-aware fine-tuning. * **AI Security (Hardening):** Access control, strict input sanitization, mitigation of *prompt injection* risks, and GenAI-specific vulnerabilities. ###### **Desirable** * Building and orchestrating data and AI pipelines using Data Factory or Event Hub. * Experience deploying enterprise-grade assistants and tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Gemini in high-demand business environments. ###### **CORE COMPETENCIES** * Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with mature technical teams under agile frameworks (**Scrum / Kanban**). * Focus on sprint-based task management, with strong orientation toward delivering iterative outputs. * Continuous learning mindset, adaptability, and *ownership* to tackle complex challenges in dynamic environments. * Creation and maintenance of rigorous technical documentation to ensure rapid onboarding and ongoing maintenance of AI components. * Strict focus on software quality, system performance, and observability of distributed systems. ##### **OFFERING:** * Salary range: 6\.000\.000 to 7\.000\.000 ARS * Employment type: Contractor (ARS) or Permanent Employment * Contract duration: Indefinite.
