Job Summary: We are seeking an SSR Consultant – Microsoft Cloud Infrastructure to participate in Microsoft Cloud infrastructure projects, coordinating, tracking, and implementing technology solutions. In this opportunity, we are looking for an SSR Consultant – Microsoft Cloud Infrastructure. **What will be your purpose?** You will participate in Microsoft Cloud Infrastructure projects, collaborating in the coordination, tracking, and implementation of technology solutions for various clients. We seek a consultant-minded individual with customer orientation and the ability to bridge business needs with technical teams, supporting projects throughout their entire lifecycle. Participate in Microsoft Cloud Infrastructure projects and technology implementations. Gather requirements jointly with clients and collaborate on defining and tracking requirements. Coordinate tasks and track projects to ensure timely delivery and quality. Collaborate with technical teams and business units to guarantee proper progress of initiatives. Participate in the management and tracking of Cloud services. Support vendor and technology partner management. Collaborate in identifying improvements, risks, and opportunities within projects. Contribute to maintaining strong security, governance, and quality practices in implemented services. **What profile are we looking for?** *Experience and knowledge:* At least 3–5 years of experience in Microsoft Infrastructure. Experience participating in technology projects involving client interaction. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities. A solution-oriented, proactive, and results-driven profile. **Expected technical stack:** Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure. Experience in hybrid environments with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. Knowledge of security within the Microsoft ecosystem. Experience or knowledge of ITIL and service management. Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring and administration tools. **We especially value:** Microsoft certifications. Experience in Cloud services or project desks.
