




Job Summary: We are seeking a Monitoring Operator to process signals, resolve emergency and service events, and maintain high quality and customer service standards during the night shift. Coordination with public security forces and emergency services We are **ADT Security Services**, currently recruiting a **Monitoring Operator for the night shift (4:00 PM to 11:00 PM)** within the **Monitoring Management** division for the Subscriber business. You will process assigned monitoring signals, applying specific procedures for each event type while maintaining the required quality standards at the monitoring center. Responsibilities * Resolve emergency, surveillance, and service events by applying specific procedures for each signal type, while also providing emotional support and courteous treatment to customers and coordinating with public security forces or emergency services. You will also be responsible for efficient time management to ensure accurate, high-quality, and effective case resolution. * Meet service quality parameters including: \- Call duration \- Procedure quality \- Signal processing time \- Productivity \- Service quality.
