Interact with public security forces and emergency services We are **ADT Security Services**, currently seeking a **Monitoring Operator for the Night Shift (4:00 PM to 11:00 PM)** within the **Monitoring Management** department for the Subscriber business unit. You will process assigned monitoring signals, applying specific procedures for each event type, while upholding the quality standards required at the monitoring center. Responsibilities * Resolve emergency, surveillance, and service events by applying specific procedures for each signal type, while also providing emotional support and courteous treatment to customers and interacting with public security forces or emergency services. You will also be responsible for efficiently managing time to ensure cases are resolved accurately, effectively, and with high quality. * Meet service quality parameters including: \- Call duration \- Procedure quality \- Signal processing time \- Productivity \- Service quality.
