Position Summary: We are seeking a Commissioning Engineer to plan, supervise, and coordinate the implementation of water treatment plant projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and customer training. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in the commissioning of drinking water treatment plants. 2. Comprehensive EPC project management for water treatment projects. 3. Training and supervision of engineering teams. **Responsibilities** * Planning of equipment installation activities and supervision thereof. * Developing detailed commissioning activity schedules. * Coordinating the engineering schedule with construction and operations. * Identifying technical risks and proposing mitigation plans. * Defining resources required for the start-up phase. * Delivering final documentation: “as-built” drawings, manuals, and quality dossiers. * Coordinating commissioning and testing activities with client representatives. * Managing interfaces with technology suppliers and subcontractors. * Ensuring effective communication among teams for smooth handover of operations to the client. * Participating in technical and progress meetings during the commissioning process. * Resolving engineering-related incidents. * Supervising equipment and mechanical, electrical, and control system tests. * Validating operational parameters and plant adjustments. * Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. * Supervising the assigned engineering team. * Training client personnel on commissioning procedures. * Preparing and presenting all technical documentation related to the process. * Reviewing test protocols and results. * Guaranteeing adherence to quality standards. * Preparing final commissioning reports. **Requirements** * Civil, mechanical, industrial, or related engineering degree. * Specialization in water treatment plants. * Minimum 5 years of experience in EPC projects and commissioning of drinking water treatment plants. * Knowledge of processes and their implementation in plant control systems (SCADA). * Ability to adapt to changes during the commissioning process and make appropriate decisions. * Effective problem management among stakeholders (subcontractors, clients, etc.). * Clear leadership of the commissioning team. * Agility in critical situations. * Efficient organization of tasks and resources. * Willingness to travel.
