IMPORTANT: ONLY UX/UI DESIGNERS ARE SOUGHT UX/UI Lead Designer for an Innovative Project Define the User Experience of a New Digital Platform! We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to lead the research, design, and optimization of the user experience for our promising and innovative project. We seek someone with deep user passion, creativity, autonomy, and the ability to translate complex business concepts into clean, functional, and attractive interfaces. Key Responsibilities: - User Research (UX): Plan and conduct research (interviews, surveys, benchmarking) to understand user needs and pain points (professionals and customers). - Flow and Information Architecture Design: Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes, sitemaps, and user flows to define the platform’s structure. - Interface Design (UI): Develop the visual identity, produce high-fidelity mockups, and maintain visual consistency across the platform via a Design System. - Collaboration with Development: Work closely with the full-stack development team to ensure technical feasibility of designs and support front-end implementation. - Prototyping and Testing: Build interactive prototypes for usability testing, iterate design based on data, and ensure a smooth and efficient experience. Essential Requirements: Location: Must reside in CABA/Capital Federal or nearby areas, with reliable personal or public transportation. Stack / Area: Specific Requirement Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma (mandatory), Sketch, or Adobe XD for design, prototyping, and collaboration. UX Core: Proven experience in User Research, Design Thinking, and creation of User Personas and Customer Journey Maps. UI Core: Experience designing responsive interfaces (web and mobile), and mastery of Typography, Color, and Layout principles. Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating the full design process (not just final outputs) and case studies. Communication: Excellent communication skills to justify design decisions based on data and feedback. Preferred Qualifications (Differentiators): - Knowledge and experience in creating and maintaining a Design System. - Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). - Ability to create illustrations or micro-interactions (simple animations). - Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript to understand technical constraints and possibilities. - Full acceptance of failure and strong frustration tolerance.
