We want you to be part of this great team! What are we looking for? A Technology Innovation Leader to join a major company. Workplace: Northern Zone, Olivos Work Modality: Hybrid Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Lead initiatives related to the organization’s technological evolution, promoting continuous improvement of processes and digital solutions. Define guidelines and action plans oriented toward developing and adopting new technological capabilities. Coordinate and monitor area projects, ensuring proper planning, prioritization, and execution. Identify improvement opportunities through analysis of technological trends and their potential business application. Manage interactions with suppliers and strategic partners involved in area initiatives. Participate in the evaluation and validation of new solutions, supporting various stages of analysis and initial testing. Facilitate collaboration between operational areas and technical teams to enable implementation of technological improvements. What do we require? You must have: At least 4 years of prior experience leading technology or innovation projects. Knowledge of automation, RPA, and AI. Experience in project management. Proficiency with management tools such as Jira and Confluence. Advanced English (mandatory), with ability to interact with international suppliers.
