Job Mission: Your role will be to ensure the continuous and secure operation of the technological infrastructure—from field equipment to information systems—through timely preventive and corrective maintenance, installation of new monitoring points, and continuous optimization of hardware, software, and networks. Responsibilities: - Installation of monitoring points (cameras, radars, servers, VMS), integrating hardware and software. - Conduct functional tests, calibrations, and validate proper performance of installed equipment. - Perform maintenance on enforcement equipment. - Configure networks (VLAN, PoE, VPN), ensure connectivity, and monitor performance of critical services. - Analyze failures and monitor performance to improve system stability and violation detection accuracy. Requirements: - Education: Technical or Engineering degree in Systems, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields. - Experience: 3 years or more in technical support, system administration (preferred). - Technical Knowledge: Windows Server/Linux, TCP/IP networking, fiber optics, and hardware maintenance. - Language: English (preferred for technical reading). Additional Requirements: - Driver’s license B1, - Ability to work at heights and willingness to lift moderate loads under safety protocols.
