Job Summary: PedidosYa is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Yerba Buena to ensure the store operates correctly, coordinate the team, and support the Store Manager. Key Responsibilities: 1. PedidosYa Market is the first 100% digital marketplace delivering groceries and household items as soon as 10 minutes after order placement, with user experience at the core of business success. It consists of strategically located stores, closed to the public and dedicated exclusively to online sales and delivery. We have an opportunity for you — we are looking for a Shift Supervisor in Yerba Buena. What challenges await you? *Ensure correct store operations during your shift while maintaining high quality standards in line with Company processes and policies. *Coordinate the team and their tasks by allocating resources according to priorities and maximizing productivity. *Ensure appropriate staffing per day and shift, maintaining constant communication with the Store Manager regarding team performance. *Support the Store Manager in fulfilling the store’s administrative processes (inventory management / shrinkage control / invoicing / human resources / maintenance). *Ensure proper implementation of hygiene, safety, and organization standards. *Support the Store Manager in the professional development of team members. What do we expect from you? *Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles leading teams. *Experience in retail or fast food industries. *Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google applications. *Action-oriented mindset and problem-solving ability. *Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build positive relationships and foster trust.
