We work with clients across the software development, AI, biotech, legal, and consulting industries — sourcing high\-caliber professionals remotely from LATAM. Every hire we make matters — both for our clients and for the candidates whose careers we help shape. **ABOUT THE ROLE** We're looking for a Sourcing Assistant to join the Rad Hires recruiting team and become a fundamental part of how we deliver results for our clients. This is a hands\-on, execution\-focused role \- you'll be on the front lines of our searches, identifying and engaging candidates across multiple industries and roles simultaneously. You'll work closely with our recruiters, supporting the full early\-stage pipeline: from building targeted sourcing strategies and running outreach campaigns, to conducting initial screenings and keeping our ATS and tools running smoothly. If you're someone who loves finding the right people, thrives in a fast\-paced environment, and wants to grow in the recruiting world, this role is for you. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates across multiple active searches * Serve as the primary sourcing actor in the early stages of each search: identify, contact, and conduct initial screening interviews with candidates * Build and manage talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, RecruiterFlow, Juicebox, and other sourcing tools * Run and monitor outreach campaigns — email sequences, LinkedIn messages, and SMS campaigns * Assist recruiters with administrative tasks: candidate communications, email responses, campaign setup, and tool configurations * Keep candidate profiles, statuses, and notes updated in the ATS (RecruiterFlow) at all times * Support the team with Boolean search builds, candidate shortlists, and market research * Collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified candidates for deeper evaluation **REQUIREMENTS** * 2\+ years of experience in sourcing and/or recruiting * Hands\-on experience with recruiting tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools \- such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, RecruiterFlow, or similar * Advanced English level \- written and verbal. You will communicate directly with candidates and recruiters in English daily * Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude and Claude Cowork as part of your daily workflow * Strong organizational skills \- able to manage multiple searches and candidates simultaneously without dropping the ball * Proactive, self\-starter attitude \- you don't wait to be told what to do next * Strong written communication skills \- able to craft compelling outreach messages that get responses **NICE TO HAVE** * Experience recruiting for AI Engineer, Machine Learning, or broader tech roles * Familiarity with the Latin American talent market \- knowing where to look and how to engage candidates in the region * Experience with HeyReach or similar LinkedIn automation tools * Prior experience working remotely with US\-based teams or clients **WHY RAD HIRES** * Be part of a growing, high\-energy recruiting firm at the intersection of LATAM talent and the US market * Fully remote \- work from anywhere in Latin America * USD payment * Direct exposure to the full recruiting cycle \- sourcing, screening, client management, and more * Small team where your work is visible, and your impact is real from day one * Room to grow: strong performers move into full recruiter roles quickly
