You will shape end\-to\-end solution design spanning Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, aligning integrations, data architecture, and DevOps with business goals. Join us to drive scalable, secure, high\-performing outcomes—apply now. **Responsibilities** * Own the end\-to\-end Salesforce technical architecture for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, partnering closely with Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Architects * Design scalable solutions that enable fan engagement, ticket sales, partnerships, and game\-day operations * Ensure architecture choices follow Salesforce best practices and support the long\-term platform roadmap * Design and govern integration architecture across Salesforce, Ticketmaster, KORE replacement, and downstream data platforms * Coordinate with data teams on Data Cloud ingestion, identity resolution, and activation strategy * Identify technical constraints, risks, and debt early, and define mitigation approaches * Support estimation by providing architectural complexity and effort drivers * Provide architectural oversight through build, integration, and testing, including reviews of technical designs, LWCs, Apex patterns, and integration approaches * Define and govern CI/CD, branching strategy, and deployment approach with the Release Manager and DevOps, ensuring predictable, low\-risk deployments and validated environment promotion paths across SIT, UAT, and Production * Own the technical direction for security, compliance, scalability, performance, and reliability to ensure readiness for peak periods such as season launches and high\-volume campaigns * Collaborate with Solution and Business Architects, Technical Leads, Developers, Data, Marketing Cloud and Integration specialists, Program Leadership, and Client IT stakeholders * Translate complex technical decisions into clear, executive\-friendly explanations **Requirements** * 3\+ years of experience as a Technical Architect designing complex B2B/B2C solution architectures and managing development processes * Expert\-level knowledge of Solution Architecture, API Integration and Security in Salesforce * Hands\-on proficiency with Salesforce Core Clouds, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud * Solid understanding of the Household model on Accounts and large data volume considerations * Proven background in integration architecture and downstream data platform connectivity * Practical skills in CI/CD, branching strategies and deployment governance * Demonstrated ability to act as a consultant and recommend solutions for complex tasks * Deep understanding of non\-functional requirements, including compliance, scalability, performance and reliability * Advanced proficiency in English (B2\+/C1\) **Nice to have** * Familiarity with KORE ISV * Knowledge of Ticketmaster integration
