Every team member is essential; therefore, we prioritize cultivating a culture grounded in empathy, transparency, drive, and commitment. **About the Team** The Infrastructure Team’s objectives are to keep server infrastructure healthy so the product operates seamlessly, scale infrastructure to meet growing resource demands from new users, and optimize application deployments so the team has robust tools for operations and monitoring. **Role Description** The DevOps role focuses on configuring and maintaining our infrastructure while proactively identifying potential issues or anomalies in our servers. **Responsibilities** * Configure Kubernetes clusters across different environments. * Configure and maintain our infrastructure using Terraform and other tools. * Monitor, detect, and resolve anomalies in our server clusters using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenSearch. * Integrate cloud providers such as AWS or GCP. * Maintain a stable and secure system. * Implement CI/CD pipelines in GitLab or similar platforms. **What We Expect From You** **Minimum Requirements** * Advanced knowledge of Linux, Kubernetes, and TCP/IP networking. * Strong proficiency in AWS EC2, RDS, and related services. * Experience with Terraform, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenSearch, and CNCF technologies. * Strong proficiency in Git and Bash scripting (or equivalent). **Benefits** * Be a key contributor within the technology team—driving improvements and continuously learning from a goal-oriented, multidisciplinary team. * Internationally competitive salaries and benefits. * Remote or hybrid work options in a relaxed, comfortable environment at our Buenos Aires offices. * Local holidays + birthday leave + business days off for vacation. * In-house English / Portuguese training. * Additional perks through partnerships with other companies
