Job Summary: We are seeking a Tech Lead for SAP S/4HANA to lead development teams technically, make decisions regarding tools and architecture, and ensure solution quality within an agile environment. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00. Responsibilities Lead the team technically on complex SAP development, customization, and architecture topics. Participate in technical decision-making regarding tools, solutions, and best practices. Act as the technical product reference for stakeholders and internal teams. Collaborate with Platform, Discipline, and Support teams to resolve complex technical issues. Participate in effort estimation and sprint planning together with Product Owners and the team. Ensure technical quality of solutions and proper application of best practices. Promote technical knowledge transfer within the team. Collaborate on technical feasibility assessments and proposals for process and solution improvements. Participate in product evolution and definition of new initiatives alongside the business. Contribute to the development of technological components when required. Mandatory Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations. Solid knowledge of SAP Development, customization, and transport orders. Experience in the SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module. Experience leading or participating in complex technical decision-making. In-depth knowledge of SAP processes and technological components. Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. Experience working in agile environments. Desirable Requirements Prior experience as a Tech Lead in SAP teams. Knowledge of SAP solution architecture. Experience in large-scale corporate environments. Ability to propose product improvements and evolution.
