Job Summary: This Monitoring position involves supervising security systems, analyzing alerts, responding to incidents, and collaborating with the team to ensure customer security. Key Highlights: 1. In the Monitoring role, you will be responsible for supervising security systems, analyzing alerts, and responding promptly to potential incidents. You will work closely with the team to ensure high-quality service and the security of our customers. This is an on-site position located in Rosario. Requirements - Ability to monitor security systems and maintain effective surveillance at all times. - Skills in problem resolution, handling situations under pressure, and making rapid decisions. - Prior experience with monitoring tools and security-related software is desirable. - Complementary competencies include clear communication, teamwork, and a customer-focused approach. - Minimum English proficiency level B1 (Mandatory) - Full-time availability for rotating shifts. -Requirements- Minimum Education: High School Years of Experience Languages: English Age: 18 years or older
